As Senior Branch Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the continued successful operation of the branch reporting to the managing director on targets and profit and loss. You will have several years of successful estate agency branch management be dynamic and lead from the front. The role would suit an existing Branch Manager looking for the next career move or an ambitious Senior Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager looking to move in to a management role.Responsibilities will include: •Managing a team of sales and administration staff. •Training and development of staff. •Conducting meetings 121’s and staff appraisals. •Increasing local market share. •Setting and working towards weekly and monthly branch targets.
