A RICS qualified experienced Residential Surveyor is required by a vibrant and expanding Estate Agent company working across Commercial and Residential sectors based in Merseyside.If you are a motivated conscientious meticulous Surveyor who has the drive to reach and exceed targets this could be the role for you. The Role* Working across the Merseyside area you will be involved in both Commercial and Residential portfolio’s carrying out valuations surveys and Block Management. * You will be expected to deliver on targets and progress and build new business relationships.Salary £40k + Commission.
