An opportunity has arisen for a Property/Account Manager within a successful and expanding property company based in Hampstead London NW3. This role will primarily be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 180 properties as well as business development property inspections (two per year per property) advising clients on refurbishment needs visiting and dealing with clients and liaison with vendors/landlords.This role would suit someone familiar with the lettings/property management process; therefore candidates need to have at least one year’s lettings and/or property management experience.
