We are pleased to announce that as part of their continued expansion a new Commercial department has now been launched. This has therefore created an opening for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join them as the Head of the Commercial department. This is an incredible opportunity which would suit an individual with previous experience in cold-starts a high level of self-motivation tenacity and the determination to maximise the new departments massive potential.This role will include but will not be limited to the following:-Planning strategising and implementing systems necessary for the success of the department.-Winning new instructions and driving the Commercial department forward.-Building up the companys commercial property portfolio.-Direct responsibility for the recruitment and training of departmental staff.-Handling all operational matters relevant to the commercial department-Devising and implementing marketing plans and strategies to attract vendors and buyers in the local area. -Carrying out periodic staff appraisals and inspiring staff to achieve their potential.-Setting and monitoring targets. SKILLS REQUIRED: Previous experience in commercial property is essential.
