This well established and market leading agency is looking to recruit a highly professional RICS qualified surveyor to join their residential valuation and building surveying team based in Bury St Edmunds.The ideal person for the position will have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience and a proven track record.The geographic area of operation will generally be centered around Bury St Edmunds but radiating out to Suffolk Norfolk Cambridgeshire and South Lincolnshire.With a variety of private and institutional clients work will include Mortgage Valuations Red Book Valuations Home Buyer Reports Pre Sale Reports and possibly Building Surveys.
