A well established and successful independent Estate Agency specialising in high calibre residential property are looking for someone with proven residential sales experience and strong customer service skills to fill the role of Sales Negotiator at their office in St John’s Wood London NW8.This is an excellent job opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven candidate to join an ambitious sales team within a well-respected company. It is imperative that the candidate is capable of hitting the ground running and must have the desire and determination to succeed in one of London’s most competitive residential markets.As expected of such a role the successful candidate will be responsible for actively winning new business dealing with new enquiries co-ordinating viewings handling negotiations and progressing sales to timely completions. If you have a minimum of one years residential sales experience strong customer service skills with good local knowledge of the North West London area then this could be the right opportunity for you. A professional work ethic good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and can provide good references.
