Land / Development SourcerEstablished in 1972 this client began life as a residential development company focusing on high quality build in prime locations. Over the past 35 years the Company has steadily evolved and whilst continuing to flourish in the residential development sector has expended to a multifaceted property company which operates in the commercial development and investment sectors.The Company’s Head Office is in Warwickshire ideally situated for all UK based work being at the centre of the motorway network. The majority of the Company’s developments are in the Greater Midlands area with developments currently also being undertaken in London.They have an opening for an experienced Investment Residential Property & Land Sourcer/Development Executive with a proven track record in the industry.The purpose of the role:- To assist the Company’s Directors and Senior Management Team- Evaluating sites and carry out due diligence- Process reports and produce spreadsheets- Source developments via contacts deliver them fully packaged- Communicate with clients on a daily basis- Source new clients and new development opportunities – Write and Produce Appraisals – Update management on progress Candidate Requirements- Previous experience is essential in a sourcing role- Possess Developer / Property contacts and relationships- Strong eye for detail – Strong time management- Tenacious attitude with excellent organisational skills- Strong communicator- Rigorous Thinker – Work well in a team- Able to work on your own initiative- Confident and Dynamic – Excellent I.T Skills- Sales focusedThe ideal candidate will come from a surveying back ground; have experience in valuating land and sizing plots. You must be confident in sourcing new land and speaking with the public about opportunities. This role would be suited to a candidate with experience in New Homes Development or a surveyor looking for a new challenge.
