Negotiator - Sales & Lettings

A super opportunity to join a well established Independent Firm in Bristol looking for a Lettings and Sales Negotiator due to expansion. Responsibilities for the role will include:- Conducting viewings- Generating new business- Market Appraisals (subject to experience)- Negotiating Deals- Meeting Targets- Dealing with enquiries- Dealing with both Sales and Lettings- Cross selling across the business – Offering excellent levels of customer serviceThe ideal candidate for this role will have a proven sales record either in the property sector or another target focused industry. You will be well presented and business like with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels. Experience in MS Excel Word and Outlook would be an advantage. Working hours are 8.45am to 18.00 with some Saturdays. If a Saturday is worked a day off in the week will be due. Applicants must possess their own car.
