A great opportunity to join an expanding Independent Firm in Bristol. The Company are looking for somebody that can take hold of Estate Agency sales and drive the business forward whilst continuing to grow the lettings business.The key focus of the role will be to increase revenue and profitability and as the main lister for the office you will have a proven track record in winning new instructions.Responsibilities will include: – Running the Branch in the Directors absence- Conducting viewings- Increasing the listing of sales and letting properties while generating new business in all company activities- Visiting sellers and landlords at their chosen properties to give market appraisals- Negotiating deals- Meet pre agreed targets- Effectively hande enquiries- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism- Maximise the opportunity for viewings let and market appraisals- Work within the confines of the Housing Act and lettings legislation- Offer a high level customer service to both landlords and tenants. You will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills and will be able to remain calm and professional in what can be a high pressure environment.
