Senior Lettings Branch ManagerThe Role.You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the lettings business of this multi branch independent estate and letting agent. They have well positioned offices throughout East Anglia.Duties will include – recruitment training development conducting one to one meetings with all staff streamlining the business setting targets (daily monthly weekly and annual ) setting budgets promoting the brand and mentoring all staff to be the best they can be.The company offer a very competitive basic salary with generous bonus structure as well as many other benefits including health care company car / car allowance and more.The Person.You will come from a strong lettings and property background and must have experience of managing several offices and multiple staff.Extensive lettings experience is a massive benefit but if you are coming from an estate agency background at senior management level we would like to hear from you.Be based within the East Anglia or be prepared to relocate.
