An experienced Lettings Negotiator is currently required at a respected property company in Pinner. This is an opportunity for an exceptional property professional to join a company with a fantastic brand and a solid reputation. You should have 1-2 years’ experience within residential lettings with a low volume high value market background. NFOPP/ARLA qualifications would be an advantage.A current clean driving licence is essential for this role as well as excellent communication skills an enthusiastic attitude and the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
