Residential Lettings Senior NegotiatorOur client are a well-established and market leading multi practice company. They tend to deal in the mid to top end of properties and due to their continued success they are looking to recruit a top notch polished and dynamic letting agent to join their team.The role will be based in well-appointed offices near Solihull and the duties will cover all aspects of lettings although the main thrust of the role will be negotiating in essence being “the face of lettings” for this company. You must have extensive lettings experience be a natural people person with the ability to close a deal as well as delivering first class customer service. The role will be fairly autocratic and you must therefore be a natural self-starter who genuinely thrives in a target driven sales environment.
