Experienced Sales Negotiator – Respected Independent Firm.Our client is a well established highly respected and market leading estate agency company. Due to retirement they are looking to recruit a bright enthusiastic team player to enhance the team in their Quinton office.The role will involve phoning out new instructions vendor contact accompanying viewings sales progression assisting the valuer with “measure ups” and any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a small and dynamic team and it is essential that the successful person shares the same work ethic and approach to delivering first class customer service as the rest of the team.The ideal person for the role will have at least 12 months property experience. You must be a great communicator and negotiator as well as having the ability to remain positive and calm at all times.In return the company offer a great basic salary and commission structure as well as the use of a pool car. The hours are Monday-Friday 09:00 – 5:30 and every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu).
