A fast growing Estate Agency in Harrow are currently looking for a lettings administrator with previous administration experience within a busy lettings office.This is a varied role and duties will include:•Providing support to the lettings team•Creating and compiling rental contracts•Producing registration cards property details and letting lists•Uploading property details using in-house system and internet•Maintaining monthly renewal sheets and gas safety records•Attending to emails and messages answering and making calls on behalf of the team•Daily and efficient office management•Assisting with the design of property brochures •Collating information for monthly fees producing and sending invoices •Assisting team members with all IT related matters The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook and have the ability to prioritise their workload with attention to detail and a willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner. Proven organisational skills and a confident and proactive approach to work are needed whilst understanding and appreciating the importance of using discretion.
