A great opportunity has arisen to join a well established independent firm in the Wiltshire area. Looking for a Sales Administrator/Negotiator to join their team the ideal candidate for this role will ideally have some property experience with good administration skills and will have the ability to turn their hand to anything that might be required in a small office environment. Your key duties will be assist in the day to day working of the office including:- Dealing with applicants and registering their details- Speaking to vendors regarding feedback etc- Sales Progression- Generating and attending viewings- Generating valuation appointments- Dealing with telephone enquiries You will be highly motivated and a real team player with the desire to succeed and will have impeccable customer service skills.
