Are you an experienced Property Professional that is looking for a new challenge? Our client are a leading property related business that are looking for a high calibre individual to join their team. Job SummaryResponsible for locating developing and securing new members/licensees and supporting the integration of those new members/licensees. Then account managing all members/licensees to optimise revenue opportunity.Key Responsibilities – Researching and sourcing new members / licensee- Developing and maintaining existing business relationships- Identifying new sales opportunities from effective account management- Promoting the organisation’s additional products/services – Effective liaising and utilisation of the Central Operations team- Delivering the territories budgeted financial goals and customer service levels- Delivery / Achievement of the Business Balanced Score Card Key Performance Indicators- Monitoring sales trends and account performance of members within their territories – Planning and delivering the Regional Meetings – Attendance and active engagement in Operational meetings- To effectively communicate at all levels with both internal and external customers and their line management. Scope of Role – – Is directly responsible for the achievement of the agreed financial targets and Business Balanced Score Card Key Performance Indicators- Will be required to communicate extensively both internally and externally.- Key Internal relationships will need to be developed with the Central Operations team.- Key External relationships will include members/licenseesQualifications/Requirements: – Excellent interpersonal communications and presentation skills. – Ambitious and persistent self-motivated and enjoys working to targets- Thrives in a sales-driven environment persuasive and credible- Numerate proven experience in delivering a sales target remotely. – Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external customers. – Strong team player but equally good at taking initiative- Industry and technical product knowledge – Awareness of competitor activities in the sector you workThis is a home based role that will involve traveling within with the M25
