You will gain experience and understanding of the National Market Place working closely with your clients to deliver a sale within a 30 day time-scale. You will in effect be responsible for running your own branch of properties within the business; nurturing your own ‘business within the business’ you will benefit from full support training and guidance.Key Responsibilities: •Maintain regular contact and relationships within your allocated portfolio of property sellers•Effective screening and qualification of buyers positions (ensuring they are financially able to progress with the sales process)•Arranging viewing access with perspective purchasers and vendors at a mutually beneficial time•Collating feedback for all viewings within your portfolio within 24 hours of the viewing taking place Reporting such feedback to the relevant vendors•Encourage and obtain offers of purchase from sales applicants and intelligently negotiate such offers with your vendors•Work toward KPIs as set by the company across multiple verticals•Effectively cross sell associated services to both buyers and sellers including financial services and conveyancing•Inspire trust confidence and faith in buyers and sellers alike•Continuously deliver or exceed on the companies high standards of Customer Service•Conduct regular marketing reviews/price reductions if and when necessaryRequired experience:•Sales Negotiation Telesales Estate Agency Residential Sales Property Management Branch Manager: 1 yearPlease contact Shaun Brogan to discuss further shaun.brogan@amrgroup.co.uk
