The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic flexible able to work in a thorough manner and have excellent interpersonal skills.Key Technical Skills Required:•Minimum 1 year programming experience in C# or Salesforce Apex•Ability to adapt to different programming languages•Demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skills•Work in a logical and systematic fashion•Experience in scoping design and implementation of business systemsDesirable:•SQL experience•A broad overview of IT issues both software and hardwareKey Tasks•Plan implement and test developments in Salesforce and on other CRM systems•Scope design and action working processes both automated and manual•Regular housekeeping management of in house systems•Liaise with external parties regarding integration with in-house software systems•Create and run tailored automated data manipulation processes•Ad-hoc tasks to support all employees and businesses as requiredKey Personal Skills•Ability to manage fluid and varied workload•Be a willing and helpful team player•Exhibit a flexible can-do attitude to problem solving using own initiative•Be reliable and motivated•Display strong interpersonal skills both inside and outside the company•Demonstrate an attention to detail and desire to ensure work is completed rigorously and exhaustivelySalary and Benefits – £25000 to £35000 based on experienceIf interested please contact shaun.brogan@amrgroup.co.uk
