Branch Manager required for leading firm of estate agents in Hertfordshire.Our client is one of Hertfordshire’s most successful estate agencies. They now have an opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to manage a branch in Hertfordshire.THE ROLE OF BRANCH MANAGER REQUIRES:- Manage the branch and their performance on a day to day basis. -Development of the business within the local community. -Property valuations/appraisals.-Ensure high standards of customer service are provided. -Maximise the revenues and profitability of the branch. -Financial reporting management and accounting. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate you must have a proven track record within the industry ideally as a Branch manager or Assistant Branch Manager have strong technical knowledge and first class valuing skills. You will be well presented hardworking and a committed individual. Possess highly effective communication and organisational skills and strong listening skills. You will be able to recognise further business potential offer excellent customer service and most of all have exceptional natural sales skills. In an attempt to maximise the performance of the branch it is also a pre-requisite that you must be able to demonstrate the ability to train support encourage and motivate his/her team to the fullest potential.
