Business Development Manager HalifaxOur client is at the centre of a large network of people involved in the development and sale of large commercial property units in various industry sectors.The core responsibility of the Business Development Manager will be to promote the services of our client to other selling agencies within the property industry. As well as approaching prospective new businesses the long-term responsibilities of the role will include the management and development of a growing portfolio of agents.The job will involve regular meetings to ensure that leads are being managed and converted accordingly. The candidate will be held accountable for their levels of performance.Ideally the candidate will be expected to quickly build rapport with team members and clients. They will be an excellent team player and must be committed to achieving ongoing improvement within all areas of the job. Due to the international nature of the role with agents in multiple time zones the candidate must be prepared to be flexible with their working hours outside of 9-5 to meet the needs of the business.Expectations are high for growth in 2016. The successful candidate will play a key role from day 1 and will need to hit the ground running.
