A very well established and well known Company in Warwick are looking for an experienced Property Manager. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous property management or property experience and be very hardworking and motivated. My client would consider a candidate with extensive property knowledge strong communication and organisational skills and a flare for problem solving. The Individual:-Experience of managing a portfolio of residential property is preferred -Knowledge of lettings and property management legislation -Strong time management skills and be able to work to tight deadlines-The ability to work under pressure -Proven customer service skills -Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative -A full UK driving license-Working knowledge of a specialised property management software system is also desirable -Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite is essentialIn return the Company offer an excellent salary package.This role will be office based.
