ESTATE AGENCY – SALES NEGOTIATORAn Independent estate agency firm are looking to recruit a sales negotiator for their busy office in East LondonThe main purpose of the role will be to deal with clients when they come in to the office as well as deal with telephone enquiries. It will be your job to phone out new properties to the applicant database and generate viewings as well as confirming appointments and managing the diary. You will also be responsible for carrying out viewings negotiating sales client feedback and other duties as instructed by the manager. This will be mainly for the Estate Agency sales side but will also include some cover in the lettings side of the business.Ideal Candidate You will have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to deal with people face to face whilst registering their details and taking their requirements. Ideally looking for a candidate with 1/2 years Estate Agency experience whether it be in Sales or Lettings.You must have a full driving license and your own car.
