A confident and assertive office admin assistant is required by a leading agent specialising in the Canada Water / Surrey Quays market. An enthusiastic office all-rounder is sought to provide administrative support to a friendly and progressive team in a fast-paced dynamic office environment. Duties include:• Administrative database management; accurately entering information into a widely known highly awarded Customer Relationship Management System. While previous experience with CRM systems is not required data entry and CRM experience would be considered an advantage• Office administration such as filing copying scanning post etc.• Maintaining computer and manual filing systems• Answering telephone calls and passing them on• Greeting and assisting visitors to the office• Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner The successful candidate will be very organised with great attention to detail excellent communication and time management skills and a commitment to providing consistently excellent accurate work. This person will be a team player who flourishes in busy environments and will display both efficiency and initiative. Key skills required:• Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities effectively• Excellent time management• Good computer skills including proficiency in Word Excel MS Outlook• Excellent typing and keyboard skills• Ability to learn new processes and applications quickly• Ability to maintain administrative processes• Excellent English both written and spoken (good spelling and grammar being integral to this role)• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
