Fantastic Opportunity for Area Manager with Quality Independent.Our client are a well established independent estate agent. Due to their continued success market dominance and a recent retirement they are looking to recruit an area manager.The role will be to cover up to 5 offices throughout Lincolnshire.Main Purpose of the Role:Oversee & develop sales departments in all offices.Ensure all cost centres run to budgetary requirements.Ensure all staff and cost centres operate to Company ValuesDevelop new business opportunities.Maintain build & develop relationships with client base and professional network.Key Duties:Business management & development.Review department performance statistics/ monthly figures/budget.Research new opportunities.Monitor staff performance.Develop client relations.Staff development.Attend meetings – senior board & sales.HR of sales staff.Generally oversee office where based.Contribute to company growth.The Ideal PersonThis is a fantastic and rare opportunity to join and develop with an expanding company and be part of a great forward thinking professional team.You must be of smart appearance and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
