An award winning and highly successful National Brand Estate Agency seeks a motivated individual who has what it takes to be a great property professional.Preferably with some experience of Estate Agency although candidates who can demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and sales acumen will not be ruled out.With a real passion for property and the drive to become an outstanding Residential Estate Agent this candidate must be able to learn quickly to enable them to complete the required duties for this role which include but are not limited to booking appointments for viewings negotiating offers effectively and efficiently dealing with enquiries to convert to sales managing their own applicants and so forth.• Must be smart and well presented• Willing to go the extra mile• Commercially aware and business savvy• Proven track record in Residential Sales or Sales based roles• Great team player• Confident negotiator• Must be able to close dealsIn return this superb employer will offer:• Basic between £12-14K• OTE £18k• Fuel costs covered• Great career prospects• Comprehensive training at one of the UK’s leading Agencies• Day off in the week if worked on Saturday
