Experienced Sales Negotiator – Fantastic Independent Company.Our client is a fantastic company who are looking to recruit an experienced sales negotiator. The role has become available due to an internal promotion.The role will be based in well presented offices that occupy a great location within the City. The ideal candidate will come from an estate agency background with at least 12 months experience within the sector. You must be well presented articulate and able to spot sales opportunities and close a deal. As the role requires accompanying viewings you must also hold a valid UK licence.Duties will include:1. Phoning out new instructions2. Vendor Contact3. Sales Chasing4. Uploading details onto the Property Portals5. Booking Valuations / Market Appraisals6. Chasing Market Appraisals7. Closing for Financial Services Appointments and Conveyancing Leads8.
