An Independent Letting & Valuations Agent in Cumbria is extending its services to incorporate a Sales Department. To take this forward they are seeking a highly motivated experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Sales Manager.The role:* To set up the Sales Department* Attract and secure new business* Market and advertise the new business in the surrounding areas* Oversee the sales instructions from start to completion* Liaise with Solicitors lenders and mortgage providers* Expand the department and recruit for additional staff when necessary* Manage staff and external agentsThe person* Highly experienced organized motivated Sales Negotiator* Able to work on own initiative*Confident in their ability to grow and expand the businessBasic Salary £18k+ with a healthy commission and bonus structure .
