WANTED: Experienced Sales Negotiator/Lister – Southend-On-Sea EssexOur client is a well-established independent estate agency in Southend-On-Sea Essex seeking to recruit a Sales Negotiator with at least 18 months experience to join their existing team. Our clients good name and reputation for customer management demands that the right individual will have a similar focus and attention to customer service.Our clients requirements are:- Seeking out and attracting new vendors with the aim of offering to market and sell their property- Coordinating valuations- Marketing properties to potential buyers.- Arranging property viewings- Maintaining regular contact with vendors buyers and other parties.- Dealing with all financial/legal matters relating to the sales process. – Guiding vendors and buyers through the sales process from agreement to legal completion- Offering assistance to less experienced members of staff.SKILLS REQUIRED:- Previous experience as a sales negotiator is essential- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential- The ability to control negotiations- Experience of working in a customer-facing role- Excellent customer service skills- Computer literatePERSONALITY TRAITS:- A strong desire to succeed- Goal-orientated- Leadership qualities- Diligent- Calm- Patient- Positive outlook- Assertive- Well-rounded- Smart appearanceHours Mon-Fri 9am-6pmSat 9am-5pmSalary £18/£20k + CommissionFor more information on this position please contact Charlotte on 07923 671814 or email charlotte.gowers@amrgroup.co.uk
