A great opportunity to join a well established and reputable independent firm in Bristol. Looking for a Sales Negotiator/Senior Negotiator the purpose of the role will be to generate sales and progress through to successful completion. Duties will include:- Generating viewings- Attending viewings- Dealing with new enquiries- Maintaining an up to date database- Negotiating offers- Sales progressionThe ideal candidate for the role will have a minimum of one years experience working in an estate agency business and will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a busy office.
