An established and successful Lettings and Sales agent in Maidstone is looking for an experienced Letting Negotiator for their extremely busy office. With a complete understanding of the letting process this position is available for someone who is looking for a career in Lettings and is prepared to put in the hard work necessary to reap the benefits. • Experience of Lettings; dealing with applicants landlords viewings negotiating preparing contacts.• Self-motivated and determined• Must be enthusiastic display high standards of service and presentation and have good organisational skills• Ability to generate new business• Desire for Career Progression is necessary• Must be car driver with clean licence• Basic (negotiable depending on experience) Uncapped commission• Company Car / Car Allowance
