Reapit announce Vyomm integration

Agents can now create a property showcase through the Vyomm property portal from within Reapit’s CRM software, Agency Cloud.

The property portal, launched in 2019 to deal exclusively with the most expensive luxury homes in London, aims to showcase properties that are often being sold discreetly, off-market.

Its platform acts as a referral tool, showcasing what are said to be superior property particulars via the Vyomm mobile app.

Now, agents whose properties are stored in Agency Cloud’s database can install and run Vyomm’s app to create the showcases and instantly distribute across digital media.

And the app allows agents to track the performance of each showcase in an analytics dashboard.

Reapit’s partnerships director, Matt Goddard, commented: “In a world where consumers increasingly prefer seeing their world through a ‘Pinterest Perfect’ lens, Vyomm Showcase helps buyers of high-value London property see their potential purchase in the best possible light, and from every angle, without stepping through the front door.

“With Vyomm Showcase live on Reapit’s App Marketplace, agents are supported with mobile tech that enables them to meet the buyer wherever they are at. A must-have for agents with prime properties, and prime clients – who expect a service that is as picture perfect as the property they’re buying.”

Vyomm founder, Utsav Goenka, said: “Vyomm’s partnership with Reapit comes at a great time, meeting new estate agency demands in a post-Covid world. Vyomm Showcase is the most elegant way to experience a home and utilises new-age media effectively. It is already being used by the leading prime agents for prospecting, triggering social media conversations, generating virtual viewing videos, nurturing and converting clients.

“The best part is, once a Showcase has been created, they can be edited, encrypted, shared, discreetly distributed, and tracked straight from the Vyomm iOS App – anytime, anywhere.”
