RE/MAX to adopt Zoopla’s Alto property software

RE/MAX has signed a two-year software contract with Zoopla that will see its Alto property software platform rolled out across its 250-plus associates in England and Wales over the next few months.

Alto has developed several new features in recent months that have impressed RE/MAX.

Zoopla, which acquired the cloud-based software for agents in 2016, reports that there have also been significant improvements to the software’s email templating system, giving customers full creative control over the look and feel of emails, and enabling them to create templates for everyday email interactions and drive efficiencies.

Alto has also integrated with SmartSearch, a major AML check provider that can streamline the process for agents, enabling them to meet their legal requirements.

Further integrations have been enabled by ongoing investment in Alto’s new API, which can be used by both customers and partners to further improve workflows.

This new partnership builds on a strong existing and long term relationship between RE/MAX and Zoopla with RE/MAX already listing on Zoopla.

Andy Marshall, chief commercial officer at Zoopla, said: “We’re extremely pleased to welcome RE/MAX to the Alto family.  We both have big ambitions to scale over the next year and I look forward to supporting them on their journey to drive effectiveness in their network – be it through using features like tenant document sharing to save time for their Associates, or using our enhanced reporting to gain a birds-eye view of business performance.”

Steve Craggs, CEO at RE/MAX commented:  “As we continue to develop our network of Associates across England & Wales, we are delighted to strengthen our association with Alto, a partner that has consistently provided both relevant and value-added services to our team. With our growth objectives so closely aligned, we are confident that working together more closely will bring significant benefits to both businesses.”
