Raunchy estate agent’s video of property taken down by portal

Here’s a video that gives a whole new meaning to the term ‘property porn’.

It stars a naked man and was put on YouTube by a firm of estate agents trying to shift a property that had been on the market for two years.

The property, a ground floor apartment in Bondi Beach, is being marketed by Australian firm The Agency in Sydney.

The cheeky video clip shows the actor – complete with highly oiled skin and improbable abs – waking up, showering and drinking coffee, before walking out of the door.

The twist is revealed when it turns out that he is not the owner of the flat, but had simply been enjoying a one-night stand there.

Agent Reece Coleman said: “Too often you see agents doing property video and they just use still photos of the location. This is a fun, emotional connection to a great and fun property.”

The video was originally put on Australian property website Domain, but taken down when the site deemed it too raunchy. Spoil sports.

However, it can still be seen on YouTube.

For politically correct reasons, EYE is obviously not going to comment or say WHOOARR, as that got us into so much trouble last time.

He was of no interest to me but the flat looked gorgeous. So either overpriced or the whole thing has been a very successful marketing ploy.

The ladies in our office said: “What flat, we will have to see it again!”
