Rampton Baseleys in South West London has acquired Palace Gate Lettings, a four-office operation established in 1993.
The combined business will see a network of seven offices which will provide a solid platform with potential for further growth and a recruitment drive at every level to help fuel this expansion.

Given that our two businesses are already among the main players in the lettings market locally, it goes without saying that our strength in numbers will consolidate our market position and improve the offering to our respective clients.
“This will be the fourth lettings acquisition we have made, but it will easily be the largest, increasing our portfolio to over 1200 tenancies, and our network to seven offices. Rampton Baseley will also be adding our significant sales experience to the mix, expanding on the geographical locations as well as the company headcount.”
