Forget black tie at the Propertymark One after party in Wembley next month, as guests are invited to take in a line-up of performers on the Wembley stage.

The organisers behind Propertymark’s annual conference has confirmed that there will be live music on the Wembley Arena stage, and there are still tickets available for the after party, which cost £50. This is in addition to tickets to Propertymark One, which cost £180 for members and £200 for non-members.

Attendees to the gig will have the opportunity to hear from live music and entertainment, including a Spice Girls tribute band. Propertymark has also teamed up with Propertymark Trust & Agents Giving to auction three performance slots for attendees.

Agents who do not wish to sing can take the opportunity to showcase their best stand-up comedy act, or dance routine.

Jason Lee, Propertymark’s commercial relationships and events manager, commented: “Propertymark’s after party is going to be an amazing evening and chance to relax and have some fun following the industry’s biggest conference, Propertymark One.

“Agents will be able to take the opportunity to celebrate after hearing from leading industry experts during the day, with the party carrying on into the late evening filled with food, fun and entertainment.

“We can’t wait to see you there and see what you are made of on the Wembley stage, as long as you’re not voting for me to sing!”
