Property renting platform goes over target in crowdfunding campaign

Property renting platform Inadash has gone over target in its crowdfunding campaign.

It has hit its target of £350,000 with backing from 328 investors on Seedrs.

The business, which values itself at £2.8m, is co-founded by Drahim Hasula, Sheldon Hampton-Cole and Vincenzo Nicoletti, and is chaired by industry veteran Michael Stoop.

The crowdfunding campaign is to continue after reaching almost £355,000 last night.

Inadash aims to connect agents, who pay a monthly subscription fee, and renters, using technology. It describes itself as a letting agent’s best friend.

It says it will use the funds raised to achieve dominant share of London agents while preparing to scale up into other UK cities.
