Bradley Hall has moved its Manchester operation to larger city-centre premises as it prepares to expand its residential and commercial property team.
The property consultancy has relocated to King Street following growth in its valuation business.
Bradley Hall said the larger office would provide capacity for further recruitment. The Manchester team covers Greater Manchester, Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire and Merseyside.
The office is led by associate director Charlotte Williams and has recently made three appointments.
Sienna Baker has joined as a graduate surveyor. Benjamin Riddle has been appointed associate director, while Matthew Beswick has joined as a chartered surveyor.
Further appointments are planned over the coming months.
Residential and commercial property
The Manchester office focuses primarily on residential and commercial valuations.
Its clients include lenders, solicitors, developers, investors, private individuals and property professionals.
Bradley Hall’s wider business also operates across residential estate agency and lettings. It provides a range of commercial property services too.
Williams said: “Moving into our new King Street office is an exciting step for the team and reflects the progress we’ve made since establishing our presence in Manchester.
“The new premises give us the space to continue expanding, collaborate more effectively and provide an excellent base from which to support our growing client base.”
She added that further recruitment is planned following the three recent appointments.
Bradley Hall chief executive Neil Hart said the move would provide additional capacity to recruit surveyors and meet demand for valuation work.
“Our people are central to our growth strategy, and this move provides the capacity to continue attracting talented surveyors while supporting the increasing demand we’re seeing for valuation services,” he said.
Founded in 1988, Bradley Hall now operates 13 offices across the UK.
Its residential and commercial services include estate agency, lettings, auctions and valuations. It also covers property management, building surveying, commercial agency, and land and development.
