Prop X marks a significant milestone for the Propertymark Trust

The Propertymark Trust has announced the launch of Prop X, its first-ever fundraising event, scheduled for The Millennium Point in Birmingham. Prop X will offer a unique and exciting opportunity for a whole day dedicated to knowledge-sharing and networking among property industry professionals, designed to echo the innovative TEDTalk format.

Prop X is a significant milestone for the Propertymark Trust, and will involve new trustees, Megan Eighteen, David Mintz, and Toby Martin.

Lauren Scott-Simpson, Chairperson at The Propertymark Trust, said: “Prop X represents a pivotal moment for our Trust as we continue to provide essential support services to our members. We are committed to creating opportunities that foster collaboration and innovation within the industry.”

Presentations from 15 speakers, such as Heather Staff, Chris Webb, and Simon Leadbetter, will offer fresh perspectives and insights.

Leadbetter said, “I am delighted and honoured to speak at PropX. The work of the Trust is vital. Never more so. Our recent survey showed that two-fifths of agents* have experienced mental health problems in the last 12 months, significantly higher than the one in four nationally.”

Attendees will benefit from engaging in discussions and networking opportunities, all while actively supporting the welfare of Propertymark members and their families.
