TV presenter Kerr Drummond, the face of Channel 4’s daytime property show, Coast vs Country, has joined Hortons as a partner to launch the agency in Warwickshire.
Kerr has been a regular face on British TV since 2012 when he first hit our screens on Kitchen SOS, and he now has over 100 episodes of property-related television under his belt.
Adam Horton, CEO of Hortons, said: “We’re delighted to have Kerr join our team. His wealth of experience in the property sector, his eye for design, marketing and his presenting background will add massive value for our vendors.”
Kerr will be working across Leamington Spa, Warwick and Rugby, focusing on residential sales, and already has a number of new listings coming to the market
This is the latest in a string of new key appointments for Hortons following a private equity cash injection from Dunelm Partners 18 months ago.
The hybrid agency, which operates a hub-style service, plans to expand nationwide.
The company, which was launched in 2017 by Adam Horton, currently covers Leicestershire, Rutland, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
The next phase is to expand with a view to offering full national coverage by the end of this year, according to Horton.

I do not really care but I do not see what someone who has been a TV presenter and has no experience of being on the ground floor adds.
