The finalists for the inaugural Personal Estate Agency Awards 2026 have been announced, following more than 350 nominations from across the UK.
Launched earlier this year, the awards were created to recognise the individuals, teams and brokerage businesses helping to shape the growing personal estate agency sector, with categories covering everything from customer service and community impact to marketing, personal branding and overall business performance.
The winners will be announced at a black-tie awards ceremony at Edgbaston Park Hotel, Birmingham, on Thursday 22nd October 2026, with the event already close to selling out before the finalists were even announced.
Chris Webb, founder of The Estate Agent Consultancy and creator of the Personal Estate Agency Awards, said:
“I’ve been absolutely blown away by the response to the awards. I think it shows just how much the personal estate agency sector has grown. With more than 350 nominations, simply making it through to the finalist stage is a genuine achievement.
“There were some incredibly strong nominations across every category, so I’d like to congratulate every individual, team and business that has made the final list. I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone in Birmingham in October and announcing the winners on the night.”
The finalists will now be assessed by an independent judging panel made up of professionals from across the property industry, before the winners are revealed at the awards ceremony.
