The Homemover Zooploma, the third of its kind, has already attracted over 275,000 subscribers since launching a week ago.
Comprising a series of easy to digest emails, delivered over a six week period from the point of sign-up, Zoopla says the Zooploma helps subscribers to stay on top of the property market and in control of their home moving process.
It covers a range of topics including:
- What you need to know about moving in 2020
- Whether moving home could ultimately save money
- What it takes to budget
- House price estimates
- The ultimate guide to selling your home
- How to find a future proofed home
The Zooploma guides also give well-known brands the opportunity to promote relevant content, relevant messages and products for each specific audience, such as mortgage calculators or tools to access credit score.
Adam Knight, Head of CRM at Zoopla, said:
“Demand for property shows no sign of abating and, with more buyers and sellers coming to the market, appetite to learn more about the complexities of the home moving process has never been more pronounced.
“When it comes to the home buying and selling process, knowledge is power, and our new Zooploma is designed to arm consumers with a guide to every step of the process.
“It’s often difficult to anticipate hurdles when it comes to a property purchase or sale, and no transaction is the same, but the Zooploma is there to answer and resolve questions that many hadn’t even considered.”
