Jason Tebb, OnTheMarket CEO, will take to the stage at the EA Masters next week to share his thoughts on PropTech and relationship building, and to give insights into the agent community that powers the property portal he represents.

Tebb has a wealth of knowledge and experience gleaned from his 20 years in the industry, starting his career at Foxtons and working his way up to divisional manager before becoming area director for Chestertons and later regional MD for LSL Property Services.

In 2013, Tebb launched, scaled and subsequently exited his own boutique agency business and became chief operating officer of Ultimate Holdings, a portfolio of businesses in the property development and finance sectors.

December 2020 saw Tebb appointed as CEO of OnTheMarket PLC, saying at the time that he was “really looking forward to progressing the platform” and had identified “clear opportunities for growth”, which is something some agents believe he has now achieved.

Tebb commented: “The positive steps we’ve taken have been the direct results of over 50 town hall meetings and we’ll continue to give agents the opportunity to give us feedback. Understanding what agents are looking for in a portal, and from us as a business, has had an enormous impact on the direction we take, and we’re keen to continue to deliver value for agents, shareholders, and our consumers.”
