OnTheMarket Software, part of the OnTheMarket Group, has launched a new product providing website and associated solutions to enable agents to grow their digital presence.

TecWeb joins OnTheMarket Software’s existing suite of technical solutions and is supported by several providers.

Whilst a TecWeb website can stand alone, it is also fully integrated with OnTheMarket Software products such as TecLet and TecCRM.

Features include property presentation and polygon mapping, an instant valuation tool, a mortgage calculator, lead generation and applicant registration, viewing and valuation booking, reporting and performance statistics. The majority of these tools are accessible via TecCRM for TecCRM users.

Page content can be provided by the agent, or alternatively, TecWeb employs professional copywriters to produce copy, which can be uploaded from existing websites. TecWeb offers three options in regards to the size, content and functionality of site, all paid for on a monthly subscription basis. In addition, an “a la carte” menu of optional extras is available.

A dedicated team is in place to provide support beyond just technical aspects, including Pay Per Click, SEO and Social Media.
