Property portal OnTheMarket has launched a commercial channel.
Closely aligned with its UK residential search and its overseas search, the focus of the commercial property channel is on the actual property details. Commercial search results are presented in grid, list and map views.
A ‘draw search’ option allows users to create up to ten different areas within a single search. These can also be saved and used to set up instant property alerts.
For its launch, the channel displays commercial properties of agents already listing UK residential properties at OTM, and supplying commercial properties within their feeds. The service will also be offered at no additional cost until the end of 2017 to all other firms which list at OTM.
The “one other portal rule” does not apply, but online-only agents are not able to use the service.
Other estate and letting agents will also be able to list their commercial properties at OTM and can find out more by contacting commercial@agentsmutual.co.uk

what’s with the negatives? Do commercial buyers and sellers even know they can find commercial on this site. Never been advertised as such before, to my knowledge. so what’s the beef?
