The online ‘directory’ service 192.com is launching a new service giving information on any property in England and Wales.

Aimed at home hunters who might be looking to buy or rent, the new Property Reports, expected to go live next week, will cost £17.99 each including VAT.

Each gives valuations based on Zoopla, and details such as the Title Register, local school and crime information.

The reports are currently in a soft launch phase, available on 192.com’s site but only if you know where to look.

A spokesperson for 192.com said the new service was a natural expansion for the firm.

He said: “Property Report is designed to be a one-stop product for home buyers or anyone looking at property.

“Estate agents are normally used to represent the seller and it is hoped Property Report will help empower the buyer by giving advanced valuation details, information such as the title registration and local crime and school information.

“It can be tricky to find all the local information when looking at a new home and the goal was to create a product that would make it simple for everyone to find it.

“I personally found it useful when moving into my own rented property recently as it had rental price guidelines, so I could see the property was being advertised within market rate or in some cases advertised above market rate.”
