Zoopla is increasing its advertising, both on television and on London buses.
This is the second bus campaign for the brand but this time it has taken the whole bus rather than just the sides.
The bus campaign will be seen on multiple routes across the city.
In addition, Zoopla will also be significantly increasing its presence on TV with its house detective advert which supports Zoopla’s recently launched Running Costs tool.
Gareth Helm, group chief marketing officer for Zoopla Property Group, said: “The investment in the buses and the increase in spend on TV is a significant benefit for our members and, like all our advertising, is designed to further increase brand exposure and leads for our agent members.”

amazing bus adverts. Zoopla led the way with this branding in recent years. And now the whole bus is purple!
Lazy thinking on Zoopla’s part I reckon, Mr J.
Surely putting their colours on a form of transport (clever idea to a point) would have been better on trains – seeing as it all happens on-line these days, apparently?
;o)
I just hope PB don’t go chasing after Z for using the same sort of colour. After all they are both on line property businesses. Oh I forgot one of them is losing money hand over first!
And both have odious adverts. They annoy the H£ll out of the majority of Agents… why, they could be twins. If we didn’t know better, they could be one and the same.
Who knows – maybe we will wake up one morning to a **STOP PRESS** that the two have become one…
…stranger things have happened in our little world.
I thought the big story today would be the naming of Zoopla by Guido Fawkes (political blogger) as one of the claimants in the legal challenge to ensure Article 50 is not triggered without an Act of Parliament in place. Here is the article:
City law firm Mishcon de Reya are launching a legal challenge to Brexit with the backing of a number of businesses who for some reason haven’t been named publicly. Guido can reveal one of the firms behind the action is property websiteZoopla. In an email to other businesses, CEO Alex Chesterman claimed:
How apt they have retained Lord Pannick
“The investment in the buses and the increase in spend on TV… like all our advertising, is designed to further increase brand exposure and leads for our agent members.”
Sorry? ADVERTISING?
What happened to IT ALL STARTS ONLINE?
Morning, Z reps!
Nice to see you all.
“The investment in the LONDON buses* and the increase in spend on TV… like all our advertising, is designed to further increase brand exposure and leads for our agent members.”
*London buses, as this is where the majority of people who may dabble in the stock market live, thus see lots of Zoopla ads and maybe be persuaded to invest. After all, that’s mall we’re interested in, our share price, and not actually estate agents.
Extremely valid point, Mr Williams!
I’m surprised Zoopla haven’t taken the tack of “350 million properties a week go onto On The Market. It’s time we take them back!”
It’s had great press exposure recently.
I’d have thought the agency would have trademarked its name.
Or maybe they think it’s useful for Zoopla to be advertising Streets Ahead.
