NRLA agrees new commercial partnership with Viewber

The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) has agreed a new commercial partnership with Viewber, a major provider of various services to landlords and letting agents.

The collaboration means the NRLA’s members will now be able to conduct viewings and inspections of their properties, both hosted and livestream.

As part of the deal, NRLA will now recommend an on the ground clerk through Viewber, which enables landlords to remotely engage with national providers they may need to occupy their property: From check ins/outs, to advertising and viewings, through to referencing, deposit protection, compliance checks and tenancy creation.

Ed Mead, Co-Founder of Viewber, said: “Our national last mile services are increasingly bringing much easier management of property, both blocks and pepper potted portfolios, to hundreds of landlords already.

“NRLA’s professional landlords are an obvious fit and we look forward to working with an ever more professionalised sector backed by an association genuinely looking to offer their members better value.”

Ben Beadle, chief executive of the NRLA, commented: “With the pandemic forcing many private landlords to reconsider how they oversee their portfolios, our association with Viewber will ensure our members will be able to think more creatively about how they manage their properties.

“This latest partnership provides our members with a convenient, easily accessible new service which will give them significantly more flexibility in future.”
