New white label vendor app ‘can be fully branded to match each agent’

A new vendor app, which automates communications about viewings, offers and appointment confirmations, has been launched by Street.co.uk.

The company hopes that the app, which can be fully branded to match each agent, will prove popular with customers.

The estate agency software & CRM specialist says that the app has been launched in response to growing demand from homemovers for easier paperwork and convenient communication.

Research carried out by the firm shows that more than 80% are in favour of a mobile app or online platform to make their moving journey easier.

The study also revealed that 81.2% of people find moving house stressful overall, while 94% said they would find an app or online account useful when buying or selling their property.

Heather Staff, co-founder at Street.co.uk, said: “With paperwork, lack of updates, dealing with third parties and arranging viewings cited as the most common frustrations when moving, it’s no surprise that so many people want an easy, convenient and accessible digital location to access all their information and track the progress of their sale or purchase. We have apps on our phones for almost every other part of our lives – banking, socialising, working – so why not have one for moving house, too?

“At Street, we are tackling these issues with the introduction of our vendor app, which automates communications about viewings, offers and appointment confirmations. The app can be fully branded to match each agent, ensuring users receive a slick, on-brand experience.

“Interestingly, our research shows that it’s not just the younger generation who are interested in an app, as almost 85 per cent of those surveyed over the age of 55 said they would also find one useful.”
