It says its aim is to advocate professional standards, and enable a better experience for guests.
It is free to join and will provide members with benefits, including representing their interests, facilitating collaboration and fostering best practice.
Chairman Guy Westlake said that there is “hugely exciting potential” in the short-stay sector.
