A new website has launched which will discreetly display ‘elite’ properties to club members for 14 days, before they are shown anywhere else.
Cobbletons displays the properties even before any agents instructed on them do so.
Members are described as high net worth, and carefully pre-vetted. They can have their properties with other agents, or approach Cobbletons itself to sell their property.
The site is also aimed at agents looking at new ways of marketing high-end properties.
The site is the brainchild of former Knight Frank agent Michael Antonio who said that it makes its money through selling properties for members who approach it direct, and by taking a cut of other agents’ commission when it has been instrumental in the sale.
Otherwise, the site is free for agents, as well as for its club members.
It is the second launch this month that caters for the discreet marketing of off-market properties to wealthy buyers. Portal vyomm will be showcasing properties on behalf of London agents.
New property portal will spread the word about off-market luxury homes

Doesn’t this just mean it takes 14 days from launch to get it onto Rightmove? Can’t see vendors being happy with that.

Sounds like Con The Market.
What interest is it to sellers to withold getting onto Rightmove and Zoopla straight away? No benefit for the buyer having to look at that extra website just because of its ridiculous rules to help their high street agents save some money.
